"I had to make a warranty claim..."
I had to make a warranty claim after a small issue with the film. Support did reply quickly and they eventually got it taken care of, so I’ll give them credit for that. Still, I did have to follow up a bit, which was kind of annoying because I was hoping it would be more straightforward. It worked out in the end, but the process wasn’t quite as smooth as I expected.

"Install wasnt the cleanest"
The install looked okay at first, but I noticed a few bubbles left behind afterward. It wasnt a huge deal, but I was expecting it to come out a bit cleaner.

"Film started peeling way too soon"
It looked nice at first, so I was happy with it, but the film started peeling much sooner than I expected. Now I’m not really sure what I’m supposed to do next, return it, contact support, or try to fix it myself. The next steps aren’t clear at all, which is frustrating.

For the price, I’d say it’s definitely worth it and you get what you pay for. That said, I did feel a little ignored when I had a question, which was frustrating. Overall, it’s still a decent deal...

"Had to escalate because my order was late"
My order showed up later than the delivery date they gave me, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept checking for any kind of status change and got almost nothing, which was really frustrating. I ended up having to reach out and escalate the issue just to get clearer information. The package did arrive eventually, but the shipping experience was definitely disappointing.
